I've had 2 birthday boys this week! The first one is Brody. I photographed him when he was about 4 weeks old and weighed just over 5 lbs. But now look at him! He's grown so much and is so cute. His Mom brought over cupcakes for some cake pictures. In the past the way I've done the birthday photos is to take a few with the cupcakes BEFORE they are eaten (smashed). Most of the babies are so tenative about the icing on their hands and some have even cried about it. BUT not Brody! We sat him down and before I could hardly raise my camera he had grabbed one and was already starting to eat it! He wasn't scared and in fact had cake and icing ALL over him before it was done! Happy 1st Birthday Brody!
